I've made it 10 days and lost over 7lbs. Can only walk today due to Eastfield college bookstore mess up. But I'm going to do it for a month.....yes, I am.

If I make it through today I will be 1/3 done with the month of low carbo. I'm taking my b-day off. I had a bad night yesterday but didn't eat anything bad, mostly because there was nothing in the house.

Yea me! I have exercised everyday, usually twice and stayed on the low carbo except the two cookies for eight days......yea, yea!

I have exercised every day, twice most days and stayed on the low carbo except for the two cookies Caitlin left in her bedroom.... couldn't resist. I lost 4.8 Lbs. Yea!

I've exercised every day and been on the low crabo for three days. I have a sugar withdrawal headache. :(

I forgot two resolutions

4. exercise every freakin day....at least walk
5. get out of debt or at least pay things in a timely manner.....that's what #3 below is about

1-1 It begins

Today is the first day of the new year. I can't believe I will be 53 this year!
Here are my resolutions
1. loose weight, of course, as always
2. give more (money to charities, love to family and friends, more of myself to others)
3. no spending money on anything but food and gas for the month of January....no eating out

My family and I are starting the low carbo diet today and for the month of January. I'm going to do it!
